Konica Minolta introduced bizhub PRESS C70HC in Malaysia, Print Award Ceremony & CSR

Kuala Lumpur, 28 October 2013 – In conjunction with IPMEX 2013, Konica Minolta Business Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd (Konica Minolta) has officially introduced its bizhub PRESS C70HC machine on 24 October 2013 at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC). Konica Minolta also invited Y.B. Dato' Seri Mohamed Nazri Bin Abdul Aziz, Minister of Tourism & Culture Malaysia for a ribbon cutting ceremony to officiate the introduction of high chroma machine and Konica Minolta IPMEX exhibition booth. He was accompanied by Mr. Tony Tang, General Manager of Konica Minolta & Head of Sales & Marketing, Mr. CK Lim.

The newly introduced Konica Minolta bizhub PRESS C70HC is a unique digital colour press with revolutionary High Chroma toner technology to produce truly magnificent colours unlike any ever experienced before. For spectacular color images, Konica Minolta’s bizhub PRESS C70HC raises the bar in digital production printing. Its High Chroma toner makes RGB workflow fast and efficient, besides enhancing corporate and marketing materials’ color, text and vivid images that practically leap off the page and grabs reader’s attention even better.

During the course of IPMEX, a Print Award Ceremony was conducted to acknowledge  and welcome new customers. Its Head of Sales & Marketing Mr. CK Lim presented the BMY Production Print Award 2012 to eight top bizhub PRESS series owners based on several criteria like growth and potential expansion of business, creativity in sales campaign and active participation in trade shows. Each recipient of the award was also given two all-expense paid tradeshow trips as a reward for their continuous support & achievement.

Besides, Konica Minolta held a series of signing ceremony for eight owners who invested in bizhub PRESS. Moreover, CK Lim has presented recognition certificates to new owners of bizhub PRESS C8000.

Furthermore, with its effort to contribute back to society, Konica Minolta joined hands with Montfort Boys Town to raise fund and create awareness during IPMEX. Visitors at the exhibition were encouraged to make donations towards the fund, 100% of which will be used to upgrade the service printing facility that would serve as a training venue for the residential trainees of our partner, consists of mostly underprivileged youths that have dropped out of mainstream education.
