Konica Minolta launches Managed Content Services (MCS)

MCS Combines Printers and Software to Streamline Document Processing

(Petaling Jaya, 14 October 2014) ┬áKonica Minolta Business Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd today announced the launch of a global Managed Content Services (MCS) to market. With the rapid growth of unstructured corporate content, enterprises face increasing difficulties in managing documents and electronic information. Konica Minolta’s MCS aims to improve operational efficiency by streamlining the digital workflow and is tailored to meet the needs of the individual.

Under its Medium Term Business Plan “TRANSFORM 2016”, one of Konica Minolta's major management policies is business expansion by increasing capabilities to provide services and solutions. The company’s MCS capabilities will grow business content management by combining multi-function printers (MPFs) with software to create complete input /output devices to handle customers’ day-to-day business processes.
